We started using eTeller and eManage a few years ago. Now our members don’t need to fill out a deposit or withdrawal slip and they just sign the signature pad. We love the ease of being able to look up all our teller transactions in our document management system. It makes life so much easier having everything is one place.
We recently added eSign, which has been very beneficial in our loan department. Before we would have to call members and ask them to stop in. Now we can text or email them the document and a pin number to get a signature. CDP has definitely helped to increase the number of loans we complete.
